Our post-construction cleans are significantly more time-intensive than standard or residential deep cleans because of fine dust, residue, and debris from trades.

• Remove construction dust from all surfaces – all rooms
• Wipe down of walls, trim, baseboards, millwork and vents
• Cleaning of interior windows, frames, screens, tracks, sills
• Vacuum debris from floors and corners
• Mopping of all non-carpeted flooring
• Wipe down of the interior and exterior of cabinets/drawers 

A move-in/move-out clean is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning service designed to prepare a property for new occupancy or to restore it to a clean, rentable condition after a tenant vacates.  Move-in/move-out cleaning helps ensure the property is clean, sanitary, and ready for inspection, listing, or occupancy.

• Everything in a deep clean & post-construction clean combined

An Airbnb turnover clean is more detailed and standardized than a normal house clean because the goal is to reset the property for the next guest quickly and consistently.

Includes: 

• Laundering of bed linens and towels
• Replenish soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, etc. (if provided)
• Vacuum and mop all hard surfaces
• Dust surfaces
• Empty garbage's and recycling bins
